My Story
I am a retired Police Chief from Boulder, Colorado. After 36 years of dedicating myself to policing, I retired to pursue other interests. One of those interests is writing. I'm now using my experience and knowledge of criminal behavior and investigative techniques to create fictional crime thrillers. I continue to live in Colorado, and spend some time in Arizona during our winter months. When not writing, I enjoy the outdoors, playing pickleball and softball, traveling, and spending time with my family. My writing has become a bit of a family affair, as my wife helps in critiquing and editing my works.
My first book, Behind The Lies, features three separate crime dramas. The book has gotten great reviews. My second book, Death From Desire, features two crime mysteries. Both books are full of action and suspense. I believe readers of the crime thriller/drama/mystery genre will enjoy the stories in these books.

The three crime stories were fictional in nature but the detective work performed using today’s technology was simply amazing. Also, don’t always assume the obvious. Get it right because your decision making affects the lives of many going forward. You could tell the Author had decades of experience working within our criminal justice system.
